Reality star Joey Kovar, 29, who appeared on Celebrity Rehab and The Real World: Hollywood was found dead at a friend's house near Chicago... According to TMZ, On Friday 17 of August, a woman called 911 in the morning after finding Kovar with blood coming out through his ears and nose.. Authorities rushed to the house where Joey was pronouced dead at the scene.. Joey's Family suspect Drugs played part in the 29year old's death... Joey entered rehab during his season of real world in 2008 and has since then been struggling with substance...!
