In each year that goes by, some of our favourite T.V shows & series are axed & showed exit by their Sponsor channels. This is majorly because of lack of a required number of ratings, viewers or even at times its simply lack of funds. Some lucky ones are picked up by other channels well as the others only exist in history.

"Board Walk Empire" managed to land itself most of the Prime time Emmy Awards this year. This means we're still going to get more of it. Among others, MTV's Jersey Shore is also set to premiere its season 5 on 5th Jan 2012. SEE FULL LIST OF CONTINUING SHOWS BELOW!

NBC's "The Event" & ABC's "No Ordinary Family" top our list of canceled series. Word still is that there has been interest from several cable and digital entities to take on "the event". However the shows director Steve Stark has kept silent. CHECKOUT THE FULL OF CANCELED SHOWS BELOW!
However much we're losing our shows, there are still more new shows to look out for. Topping this list is "Touch" a fox original series in which a man [played by Keifer Sutherland] discovers his autistic son can predict the future, "Unforgettable" a CBS original series in which a young woman has the strongest mind and memory and never forgets a thing, and "17th Precinct" an NBC original series which revolves around a world governed by magic and not science. Also joining the above list is our beloved "Legend of the Seeker" which was canceled due to lack of funds. However other series like "Merlin" narrowly survived and are set to continue despite their less funding. The show's director told us the show ain't going anywhere not until at least after Season 5. The director however didn't confirm as to whether Merlin's secret will be revealed or not. I guess we have to wait till mid next year 2012 HERE IS
